Club Training Nights / Training Runs

Wednesday and Thursday Evenings - 6:45 pm at Clitheroe Cricket Club

Wednesday evenings : Group beginner, intermediate and faster paced groups running generally between 5K and 10K. We aim to have 4 or 5 groups running a variety of speeds and distances to cater for most peoples needs so these sessions should be suitable for most runners.

Thursday evenings: More advanced speed and fitness sessions for more experienced runners looking to improve their PBs. These sessions are suitable for all runners who can easily run 10K in under an hour

For Autumn and Winter training nights all runners should wear hi viz clothing and bring running lights - chest / head torch - keep safe and be seen!

Team RVR Race Schedule

Details of the RVR race Championships for 2024/25 have now been announced with 5 road races and 5 trail races over a variety of distances from 5K to a half marathon.
